Hey everybody, I want to say thanks to everybody who could come, and to those of you who didn't you missed some good anime, free drinks and the prize giveaway (I'm sure those lucky winners are enjoying smoother nails as we speak).
Remember, the first-ever IPL Anime Club movie night is scheduled for Thursday, March 22nd from 7-9PM. I can't absolutely guarantee you'll have a great time, but I think you will if you come. I've only gotten a couple of submissions. If at least five people don't submit an entry for the movie, I'll suspend the drawing until next time and just pick a movie for you.
April's meeting is also on the 22nd, the third Sunday of the month (the second is Easter and the library will be closed). I don't know yet what we'll be watching. If you'd like to show an episode or two of your favorite anime (which is suitable for 14 and up), let me know.
I'm looking forward to the movie night and I hope you guys are too. If enough of you turn out and are willing to commit to doing it every month, we'll start scheduling them regularly.
I'd also like to know if yall want to extend the club meeting to three hours. That would give us time to do some things other than just watching anime (and we're always open to suggestions for things to do or watch, so post here, or write me or iplanime@gmail.com).
Also, feel free to write on here what you thought about the episodes we watched at the last meeting.
